3Step Method: Effective Communication With Kids… for when the going gets tough

3Step seminars are highly effective, hands on, interactive workshops specifically aimed at helping educators handle difficult issues at school. They provide participants with important, cutting edge information and appropriate communication skills to successfully address:

• Teasing, bullying and other maladaptive behaviours
• Class disruption
• Academic performance issues
• Difficult moments with parents

Their aim is to empower teachers when talking to students and their parents and to help them put a collaborative school philosophy to practical application. The 3Step method has been taught to teachers of some of the most prestigious schools in Greece.

An online training course is scheduled for automn 2022 and will be posted shortly.
